Well, as many of you are already aware, the WV Legislature has killed the proposed beer tax increase.

I went down to Charleston on Monday to speak against the increase at the Public Hearing with the House Health and Human Resources Committee. That was an awesome experience. I got to witness first hand our government in action. I also met some very influential folks including Delegates and Senetors, Lobbiest, Beer Distributors, and even spent 30 minutes or so speaking with the state ABCA Commisioner, Dallas Staples. Hopefully some of theese contacts will come in handy in the future when we are trying to create better beer laws in WV
