Happy Robert Burns Day, my brutes! The annual holiday to celebrate Scotland's national poet. For those of you who have never read anything by Burnsie, I highly recommend him. However, as this here wee bitty bit of webland is set aside for beer, I'd like to share with you my travels tonight to celebrate Robert. I am writing you from the Broad Ripple Brew Pub, as I chew upon an order of Scotch eggs (dipped in hot sauce of course, my brutes; what're you? Pansies?) along... A bonny day to all of me brutes and johnny jacks! I'm hoping you'll all finding it filled with malts and hops. Dia Dhuit! I hope I find all of ye' brutes out there doing well tonight, on this All Hallows Eve. I've some annual tricks I give myself every October 31st, some of which have been around for a long time. Ever since I was a junior in... Last Updated (Sunday, 31 October 2010 20:34)
Dia Dhuit! A thought for all of ye' out there: shouldn't imperial beers be served in imperial pint glasses? That's what they're named after, right? Heh heh heh... Last Updated (Thursday, 02 September 2010 07:41) |
