WVCBAS co-founder and author of the Charleston Gazette's "Beer's To You" Blog, Rich Ireland has announced that he will be teaching a 4 hour workshop entitled, "The Art & Science of Beer" at the Clay Center in Charleston on Saturday March 13th.

The four hour workshop will cover a wide range of beer topics and will include tasting several beers and the ingredients that make beer. The cost is $35 per person $35 for Clay Center Members and $45 for non members.

My wife and I plan to make the trip down from Morgantown and I would love to see a strong turnout from WVCBAS members. It is events like these that we need to support so that we can help make WV a Better Beer State. Maybe we could even organize a WVCBAS meet up for lunch prior to the class.
